great shower hot water safe neighborhood walking distance great restaurants strong fragrance newly renovated room sparse bathroom sparse entryway undecorated room
the room was spacious. it had a great shower with plenty of hot water. the neighborhood not sketchy at all. i found many great restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance.
the fragrance in the room was quite strong. i assume it was to cover up the smell of the newly renovated room. the bathroom and entryway felt weirdly sparse. the room itself wasn't fully decorated.

The location is perfect. it's right in condesa! the team was super nice. They helped with any questions via whatsapp, and they were always quick to respond!
My room had no elevator access, so it was quite the trek with luggage. i recommend traveling light! plus, the shower and its curtain needed a good scrub. They were noticeably dirty.

superb stay near Amsterdam Avenue
impeccably clean room friendly attention safe location
the room was impeccably clean and spacious i found the check-in and check-out process efficient the staff were friendly especially those at the front desk their attentive service was very nice. i appreciated the quiet and safe location it was also quite convenient to get around.
the room only had a small fan so it got warm at night

breakfast included an excellent continental selection and it was served on the beautiful rooftop terrace it was a great start to the day. there was also fresh fruit and yogurt available.

the room featured a small refrigerator microwave and lavaplatos it was much like a renovated four-story casa antigua. this provided added convenience , ESPECIALLY with the proximity to Parque México.

the rooftop terrace was a nice feature for breakfast (though i didn't eat there).
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. this made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. i think better insulation would help.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
The rooftop terrace had a nice breakfast. It offered a good place for a quick bite before exploring.
The noise levels were very high. I could hear neighbors' conversations and showers, so I needed earplugs during the entire stay.

awkward layout useless lamps
i found the room layout REALLY awkward. there was barely any space around the bed in my superior suite. plus, a huge closet blocked everything. the ceilings had these big, useless lamps. a fan would have been way better because there was no ac and the provided ventilator did little.
